Ispholo 5th Annual – Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in attending Ispholo 5th Annual, proudly hosted by Same Vision Records. We appreciate your support and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Please take note of our official refund policy regarding all ticket purchases:

All Sales Are Final
Once a ticket has been purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
Event Postponement
If the event is postponed, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued; however, ticket holders will be notified of the new date and venue details.
Event Cancellation
In the rare case that the event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders within 7–14 working days, using the same payment method used at purchase.
No-Show or Personal Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted for inability to attend due to personal reasons, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.
Ticket Resale or Fraudulent Purchases
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms will not be eligible for refunds or entry to the event.
