This event will include education, ʻāina work, and plant adoptions, as part of OSCER's Lāʻau Love program.About the EventLaulima Nature Center is launching a native pollinator garden. This event will include workshops, hands-on work, and plant giveaways to support the growth of pollinator plants in this garden and beyond. Participants can register for an educational workshop and hands-on work in the garden and/or pick up plants during the giveaway.Workday Registration DetailsWorkshop participants are required to take part in both the workshop and garden work sessions.Space is limited (25 participants per workshop cohort).Participants should plan for a 3-hour commitment. Time slots are 9 AM to 12 PM and 12 PM to 3 PM.Parking is limited. Please carpool if can!We recommend wearing work clothes and comfortable closed-toe shoes, and bringing garden gloves.Lāʻau Love Plant AdoptionsOur free native and food plants are available for adoption throughout the day (while supplies last) and can be reserved through the registration link, even if you can't make a workshop time slot. Reserved plants must be picked up by 2:00 PM. We will also have first come, first serve plants available!
