It feels like adding digitally signed elements to physical licenses would also be a significant change. But what if our perspective is limited?What if where we are actually headed for physical and digital IDs is just on the edge of - or beyond - our imaginations?Also, we are hyperfocused on being able to establish identity - and age - for individuals.
