The Fern Acres Community Association (FACA) Board of Directors meets on the 3rd Saturday of every month to discuss the business, budget, and future of our subdivision. We encourage all lot owners and residents to attend to hear reports firsthand and stay updated on the Mandatory Road Maintenance Agreement (MRMA) and our various community programs.

– Events & Growth: Updates on Fundraising and upcoming community events.
