Only 5 spots available. THIS IS FOR YOUAbout this EventA group breathwork ceremony & community gathering for deep recalibration and meaningful connection. Only 5 spots available.THIS IS FOR YOU IF: 🌀 You feel like you've been stuck, stagnant, hitting a wall, or going in loops. You can't seem to shake yourself out of this rut and know you need to move and process whatever is keeping you stuck. 🌀 You've tried traditional talk-therapy and other modalities, but know there are aspects to the healing journey that are somatic, energetic, and beyond the conscious mind. 🌀 You are seeking a safe space to process old, unhealed wounds, trauma, and emotions in your body and unconscious mind and you know you have to feel it to heal it. 🌀 You're ready to release, shed, and clear emotions and energy that are holding you in the same old cycles and patterns. 🌀 You are seeking clarity, inspiration, and connection to the self beyond the thinking mind. 🌀 You're ready to peel back the layers of conditioning, wounding, and armor to connect with the True Self.WHAT TO EXPECT: ✳️ Arrival and settling in: Community agreements, introductions, and intention setting. ✳️ Breathwork education: You will be educated on how this modality works, what happens to the body and mind, how to get the most from it, and how to do the breathwork technique. ✳️ Gentle movement: To prepare the body for the breathwork. ✳️ 1 hour of breathwork: You will be guided through this experience from beginning to end and there will be ample time to settle, ground, and come back to the body after your journey. ✳️ Group Integration Circle: We will sit together in circle to share about our experiences and what came up for us. There is beauty and power in witnessing and being witnessed. You are welcomed to share or you can keep your experience to yourself. Sharing is encouraged but not mandatory. ✳️ You will receive an integration booklet to take home as well as 4 weeks of journaling prompts and integration support via email after the ceremony.Read about Sonic Neural Breathwork here: https://www.yvonnechung.co/breathwork.
