June 26th from 6 PM to 7 PM for a rejuvenating experience led by Maureen Kaminski and guest guitarist Diane O’Malley at Danko's All American Fitness Center! 

This soulful journey will envelop you in a symphony of frequencies from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more—including soft acoustic guitar elements designed to calm your nervous system and promote deep relaxation. 

Our bodies flourish with frequency and vibration, yet stress can disrupt this harmony. After this session, you’ll emerge feeling relaxed, grounded, and in tune with your true self.
