Restorative Yoga supports our physical body with yoga bolsters, blankets & blocks creating space and relaxation. As we take time to be still and do nothing, our bodies, minds and emotions have an opportunity to be observed in a deeper way. The breathwork practice takes us into a deeper state of presence inviting a deep sense of stillness, calm & ease.
