- **Event Description**: Start off your new year with more balance and peace within, which then ripples out into your daily life and the year ahead. This experience supports you to relax deeply and allow tensions and old patterns to fall away as your body comes into greater harmony and coherence. 

Calming instrumental and vocal sounds will support you to release anxiety and stress, which are common precursors to most chronic health issues. Instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drum and bells, as well as Andrea’s angelic voice, will provide a whole body tune-up. Participants find the experience relaxing, rejuvenating, and even transporting to a place of balance and peace that is difficult to access otherwise.

If you plan to attend… �Cozy comfort is important to be able to relax deeply and experience the full benefits of this session. That means, good soft padding under you, a blanket or sleeping bag for warmth, and pillows/cushions as desired. There are some mats and blankets at the Center, so **let us know if you would like to reserve a mat and/or a blanket.** Otherwise, please bring all your own props for padding and warmth. Reminders about what to bring will be emailed a few days in advance to those who sign up.
