• Saturday, August 8th | 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM

📍 Location: Fruitful Farmstead – Mountain City, TN

(Includes one bird that you will process and take home.)

During this class, you'll learn:

✔️ Raising meat birds on your own property
✔️ Humane dispatch methods
✔️ Different techniques for feather removal
✔️ How to process a chicken from start to finish
✔️ Packaging and storage tips

This is a very hands-on class! Each participant will process their own chicken and leave with a finished bird to take home.

🌿 Please Note:
• Class will be held outdoors, so dress appropriately for the weather.
• Processing can be messy, so wear old clothes and closed-toe shoes. An apron is recommended.
• Be prepared to learn by doing!
