Join us for the next Neurodiversity Network, focusing on neurodivergent recruitment.

Recruitment is often a key point where neurodivergent people experience barriers, misunderstandings, or exclusion. It can also be a powerful place for change.

At our February Neurodiversity Network, we’ll be coming together to look at neurodivergent recruitment, exploring experiences from different perspectives and sharing what we’ve seen work well, what hasn’t worked, and where there’s room to do things differently.

The Neurodiversity Network brings together people with lived experience and people working professionally within the field of neurodiversity, employment, HR, EDI, and related areas. It’s a space for thoughtful conversation, shared learning, and connection, grounded in real experience.

This session will offer time to:

• explore recruitment experiences and challenges
• share insight from lived and professional perspectives
• reflect on how recruitment practices affect neurodivergent people
• contribute to early conversations that can help shape future work in this area

The session will also act as a starting point for wider conversations around neurodivergent employment and recruitment, helping to inform future guidance, resources, and activity.

This session is open to anyone with an interest in neurodivergent recruitment and employment, including:

• neurodivergent people with lived experience
• employers and professionals
• people working in employment support or employability
• professionals working in neurodiversity or inclusion
