Join us at Sanders Ridge Health Campus for a fun and interactive Cooking For One event, designed especially for seniors in the community! Learn how to prepare delicious, single-serving meals with a live demonstration, enjoy a tasty dinner, and take home a booklet filled with other easy recipes.

➡ Tuesday, June 10 | 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM – Honey Garlic Shrimp or Beef Bowl with Roasted Veggies
➡ Tuesday, October 7 | 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM – Ground Turkey and Sweet Potato Casserole
