ABOUT THE CLASS:
Join us for this fun + playful vinyasa yoga class taught for all levels with puppies! ALL PROCEEDS from this class directly support the Siskiyou Humane Society, who are working hard to care for these little ones, and so many like them.
Bring your mat and any props you like (block, blanket, towel). This class will be taught with both modifications and variations, with an emphasis on slower embodied movement.
ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Jennifer has been a yogi for over 20 years, a teacher for 12 years. She brings an array of influence + training ranging from Iyengar, Forrest, Vinyasa and Bhakti Yoga.
She has advanced training in AcroVinyasa, Prenatal and Trauma-informed yoga, allowing her to create a safe and welcoming space for all of her students. She teaches an intuitive, creative and embodied flow leaving you energized, centered and calm.

$30 suggested donation. All proceeds directly support shelter animals at Siskiyou Humane Society 501c3.
