Our focus will be on books that offer spiritual, emotional, and personal growth and development. *PLEASE NOTE THE DATE! We are not meeting on the second Sunday of April, due to the Body, Mind, Spirit Convention! Instead, we are moving to the 19th of April (the third Sunday.) We will be meeting on the second Sunday of the month in the meditation room of The Center for Healing and Integration, Delhi, from 1-3 PM. This is a free event hosted by Through Love Energy Healing; however, a donation basket will be provided to cover the cost of snacks and room rental. If we have less than 3 people sign up for the in-person meeting, we will cancel and move to online only via Zoom later in the week! We seek to create a community and members will be involved with the book selection process. April's Book: The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom by Don Miguel Ruiz The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz is a self-help book based on ancient Toltec wisdom that offers a code of conduct for personal freedom, happiness, and love by challenging self-limiting beliefs. The four agreements are: Be impeccable with your word, Don't take anything personally, Don't make assumptions, and Always do your best, which guide readers to transform their lives by changing their agreements with themselves and others. This book is said to bring "profound personal transformation, leading to greater freedom, happiness, and love by shifting individuals from self-limiting beliefs to authenticity, improved relationships, and reduced stress through clear communication, emotional resilience, and self-acceptance."
