Practice Makes Pasta: Short Rib Ravioli

Chef AJ Ginn from wildly popular restaurant "Sotto" will teach you how to make Braised Short Rib Ravioli from scratch! In this class, you'll learn to make the pasta dough, roll it out, and stuff with Chef Ginn's short rib filling. Taste one batch at the end of class and take another home to impress your family!
