In this hands-on class, Chef Rhonda Marcotte of Flourish Culinary Services teaches students how to make small-batch dinners, perfect for households of one or two. This month, learn to make Italian Sausage with White Beans and Kale (to take home), One Pan Chicken with Lemon and Artichokes (to enjoy in class), and a Mixed Berry Crisp.
