We'll begin with a guided mindful walk around the beautiful Lac aux Castors (Beaver Lake) on Mount Royal, incorporating gentle mindfulness practices along the way. We'll then gather in nature for a guided breathwork session to help release tension, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity.

Whether you've attended one of our retreats before or are joining us for the first time, this experience is open to everyone. No previous experience is necessary.

Location: Lac aux Castors (Beaver Lake), Mount Royal Park, Montreal
