Le thème de cette année est CROISEMENT — celui des disciplines, des cultures et des époques qui se rencontrent sur la façade emblématique de l'ancien Millions Tapis et Tuiles, au cœur du Mile End.

MINUTE_MAPP est une plateforme ouverte d'expression et d'exploration de nouvelles idées sous la forme de projections mapping de 60 secondes. Les artistes sont invité·e·s à transformer la façade emblématique surplombant le skatepark Van Horne en une toile pour des idées audacieuses et novatrices, inspirées par le thème de cette année.

Un jury prestigieux offrira un prix à leur MINUTE_MAPP préférée. L'événement sera également diffusé en ligne, où l’audience pourra voter pour le prix du public.

MINUTE_MAPP a vu le jour à Montréal en 2013 et présente un éventail diversifié de créateurs de différents milieux, dont plusieurs expérimentent pour la première fois cette forme de création.

Interested in projection mapping? Whether you're a beginner or an experienced mapping artist, we invite you to submit your project!

As part of its 10th anniversary, the MAPP Festival invites you to MINUTE_MAPP on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at the Van Horne Skatepark.

This year's theme is INTERSECTIONS — where disciplines, cultures, and eras meet on the iconic façade of the former Millions Tapis et Tuiles building, in the heart of Montréal's Mile End.

MINUTE_MAPP is an open platform for experimentation and creative expression through 60-second projection mapping works. Artists are invited to transform the iconic façade overlooking the Van Horne Skatepark into a canvas for bold new ideas inspired by this year's theme.

A distinguished jury will award a prize to their favorite MINUTE_MAPP. The event will also be streamed online, where audiences will be able to vote for the People's Choice Award.

Since its launch in Montréal in 2013, MINUTE_MAPP has showcased a diverse range of creators from different disciplines, many of whom have been experimenting with projection mapping for the very first time.
