Le concept de centre énergétique dans l’être humain existe dans une panoplie de traditions spirituelles et ésotériques. Dans le système du Yoga et Tantra, ces centres de forces subtiles sont appelés CHAKRAS (qui signifie roue en Sanskrit). Dans cet atelier, vous recevrez une introduction inspirée au système des chakras qui sera suivi par des enseignements pratiques et applicables pour opérer notre anatomie subtile et ainsi bénéficier de profondes transformations de notre être. Entre autres, une séance de Hatha Yoga traditionnelle sera guidée dans le but d’éveiller amplement les centres subtils de force (CHAKRAS) De plus, le concept des Godly Attributes sera présenté et pratiqué pour approfondir l’éveil et la dynamisation des CHAKRAS. The concept of energy centers within the human being exists in a wide range of spiritual and esoteric traditions. In the Yoga and Tantra systems, these centers of subtle energy are called CHAKRAS (which means wheel in Sanskrit). In this workshop, you will receive an inspired introduction to the chakra system, followed by practical and applicable teachings to work with our subtle anatomy and thus experience profound transformations within ourselves.
