Feminine Fire returns for the first gathering of 2026 with Slow Burn — a culturally rooted Dancehall experience designed to awaken your inner heat through rhythm, control, and unapologetic expression.

This is not rushed choreography.

This is groove mastery.

Slow Burn is a signature Dancehall experience grounded in Move Your BODY fundamentals, with a focus on:

• Deep whine technique
• Hip articulation & groove control
• Embodied performance quality
• Sensual confidence
• Collective movement power

By slowing the pace, we allow the body to fully register the rhythm — building strength, presence, and expressive command.

This open-level class welcomes all bodies ready to reclaim movement through celebration and intention. No prior Dancehall experience required.

Christina “Mighty” is a Chicago-born, Jamaican-rooted multi-disciplinary artist, movement specialist, and performer whose work is deeply grounded in Caribbean culture and Black diasporic expression.

A twice-crowned Dancehall Queen and founder of BODYbyMighty, she blends cultural authenticity, technical precision, and embodied storytelling into every space she leads.

Her movement practice goes beyond steps — it carries the nuance of Black womanhood, sensual expression, activism, and community. She teaches from lived experience, lineage, and performance fire.
