Reiki Level One Certification (Usui Reiki – Shoden)
Join us for a transformative Reiki Level One Certification designed for those ready to begin their journey into energy healing, self-awareness, and conscious living.
This 8-hour, in-person training introduces the foundations of Usui Reiki, with a strong emphasis on self-healing, energetic awareness, and the history and principles of Reiki. Reiki Level One (Shoden – Beginner) is where your personal healing journey begins, creating a deeper connection to yourself and the universal life force energy.
During this immersive day, you will:
• Learn the history and philosophy of Usui Reiki
• Receive your Reiki Level One attunement
• Understand the basics of energy work and hand positions
• Practice techniques for self-healing and grounding
• Cultivate balance, clarity, and intuitive awareness
This training is ideal for beginners, wellness practitioners, healers, therapists, and anyone feeling called to deepen their personal healing practice. No prior experience is required.
The course is co-facilitated by Jennifer Rodriguez of Amor Latino Counseling and Diana Iriarte of Crystal Garden & Salt Cave, creating a supportive, culturally conscious, and heart-centered learning environment.
