We come together in circle to share our wisdom, to be deeply witnessed without judgment, and to reclaim the ancient sisterhood that lives woven through every one of us.

For this circle, we will have Erin Murrel, LMFT - guiding us through an experience of co-regulation. 

A life tool to help us shift from reactivity to secure, embodied connection.

Many of us are trying to regulate alone — scrolling alone, worrying alone, bracing alone. And while self-regulation matters, humans were never designed to calm their nervous systems in isolation. We are wired for connection.
