- **Event Description**: Steady is a one-day embodied experience for women who are tired of abandoning themselves the moment things get uncomfortable. We are offering two days of the same workshop, so only 20 people will be able to attend this amazing and empowering workshop. 

Together we’ll explore what happens in the body when guilt, pressure, conflict, overwhelm, or emotional intensity show up… and how to stay connected to yourself instead of collapsing into old patterns of people pleasing, over explaining, fixing, shutting down, or turning against yourself.

Through movement, nervous system practices, reflection, conversation, and embodied exploration, you’ll begin building the capacity to pause, listen to yourself, and take up space with more steadiness, awareness, and trust.

This is not about becoming harder or more rigid.
It’s about learning how to hold yourself steady without abandoning yourself in the process.

Expect movement, nervous system support, rest, reflection, connection, and practical embodied tools you can bring back into your real life.
