Join us for a calm, hands-on Sunday afternoon exploring seasonal herbs and how they support the body in early spring. You’ll learn about each herb in depth, its benefits, history, and safe use, then create your own custom 20g blend to take home.

This workshop is educational, practical, and welcoming. You’ll have time to touch, smell, ask questions, and blend with confidence.
