SHP Bed Build

Did you know there are kids sleeping on the floor in your town? Sleep In Heavenly Peace, a volunteer-based organization dedicated to building, assembling, and delivering beds to children (ages 3-17) is on a mission to change that.

You are invited to participate in Charleston's first annual Bunks Across America bed building event, Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025.

Sleep in Heavenly Peace chapters across the nation will be hosting bed builds throughout their communities as we work to end child bedlessness.

Our goal is 40-60 beds built, with the help of as many Co-Sponsors & volunteers as we can get!

No experience required. Bring big hearts, learn something new, and get involved.
