Menu:
Course 1: Double Oysters 
One oyster Rockefeller with mustard aioli, fennel and peppers. One raw oyster with smoked trout caviar and Classic Mignonette sauce.
Course 2: Honey glazed pork belly salad
Fresh greens, honey vinaigrette, goat cheese, walnuts and honey glazed pork belly.
Course 3: Artisan grilled cheese with garden tomato soup. 
Focaccia bread, smoked white cheddar and bacon sandwich served with creamy tomato and herb soup fresh from the Camille’s Prime garden.
Course 4: Parmesan Encrusted Halibut 
Parmesan coated halibut over butternut squash puree with Beurre blanc and pea shoots.
Dessert course: Salted caramel pavlova
Dark rum Greek yogurt, house made caramel, walnuts and Maldon sea salt on a baked meringue crust.
