But you don't need to be a dancer, athletic, coordinated, flexible, or anything other than willing to show up and move.If you have two left feet, haven't taken a dance class since 1987, or generally consider yourself someone who “doesn't dance,” you are absolutely welcome here.The class is lightly choreographed and easy to follow, with plenty of freedom to make the movements your own. You can move big or small, energetic or gentle. Follow Stephaney, follow your body, or do a little of both.We'll dance barefoot in a beautifully air-conditioned studio, and spend an hour moving…No performance. No judgment.
