Guy McLean Horsemanship Symposium

March 14th, 2026 @ The Priefert Ranch Arena, Mount Pleasant, Texas.

Guy McLean will showcase the skills that helped him win 2 World Championship Colt Starting competitions. Known as the "trainer's trainer," he has knowledge across various equine disciplines and teaches how to achieve the best results for both rider and horse.

Guy will handle some Priefert-bred yearlings sired by the Lazy E Stallions, including talented horses such as Dirty Fling, Coronado Cartel, and One Fabulous Time. He will also work with some green horses that carry the bloodlines of the infamous sire, Smart Chic A Lena, as they are still learning and need a bit more guidance as they grow into talented horses in their chosen discipline. To finish, Guy and his Liberty Team will demonstrate and share insights on what it truly means to have a well-rounded, balanced horse.
