This Spring Sunday Salon explores how everyday aromatherapy can support calm, clarity, and emotional balance.

There is something quietly powerful about learning to understand plants through their natural aroma.

In this workshop we will explore five carefully selected essential oils chosen to reflect the energy of the spring season and learn how aromatherapy can become a simple part of everyday wellbeing.

Spring is the season of Air. Movement. Breath. New ideas. Fresh starts. We will work with oils that support clarity, renewal, and emotional lightness while learning how scent can gently influence mood, focus, and nervous system balance.

Top notes speak first. Heart notes speak longest. Base notes stay with us...Understanding this simple idea changes how you experience aromatherapy and helps you choose oils with more confidence and intention.

During the workshop you will also create your own personal aromatherapy blend to take home in a 10 ml roll on bottle designed to support your own sense of calm and clarity.

• A relaxed small group learning environment

Sunday Salon workshops are intentionally kept small to allow for conversation and personal attention. Seating is limited and these workshops typically fill.
