Ready to conquer one of gymnastics' most exciting skill progressions? Join us for Morey Gymnastics Center's Back Bend, Back Walkover & Back Handspring Clinic! This focused 3-hour clinic is designed to help gymnasts safely develop the flexibility, strength, technique, and confidence needed to master these essential backward skills. Athletes will receive individualized coaching and skill-specific drills tailored to their current ability level, whether they're learning their first back bend, refining a back walkover, or working toward a strong, powerful back handspring. Using top-quality equipment from Tumbl Trak and Spieth, our experienced coaches will create a supportive environment where gymnasts can progress at their own pace while building proper technique and body awareness. Join us on August 8th from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM and take the next step toward achieving your gymnastics goals. Spots are limited, so register today!
