Suspended and completely held, you’ll be guided through a potent 9D Breathwork 'Full System Reset' journey using our high-tech headsets.Integration & Nourishment: We will gently land the afternoon together with an open sharing circle, accompanied by warm hot tea and nourishing snacks. There is absolutely no pressure - share your experience if you feel called, or simply sit back, sip, and listen.? Completely New to This? No previous experience is required for either the aerial yoga or the breathwork!
