A Moccona (about 800mls) jar is ideal. Height 17 cm, diameter 9cm.An apronA clean tea towelIdeally, you will have a round dutch oven approx 23 cm in diameter (or ceramic round casserole dish with lid) at home to bake your bread in. Don’t bring it to class. If you don't, see if you can borrow one from a friend.Don't worry if you can't get your hands on one, as Amy will teach you two ways to cook your bread.
