In this one-hour gathering, we’ll come together to experience the soothing practices of Reiki and guided meditation. This gathering is a safe, supportive space where you can relax, connect, and find inner peace amidst the challenges you may be facing.During the session, you’ll be guided through a calming meditation to quiet the mind, followed by a collective Reiki session. Reiki is a gentle energy practice that supports healing by promoting deep relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal. It complements Western medical treatments by helping to restore balance and create a sense of well-being. Through this combination of meditation and Reiki energy, our intention is to nurture the body, mind, and spirit, leaving you with a renewed sense of calm and peace.About the FacilitatorRebecca Weinstein is a Reiki Master, meditation guide, and the founder of Healing with Rebecca. With a deep passion for holistic healing, her journey into energy work began after experiencing Reiki’s profound benefits in her own life. Rebecca supports individuals, especially those facing health challenges, by helping them reconnect with their body’s natural healing abilities. Through Reiki, she creates a compassionate, safe space for relaxation, stress relief, and balance. As a member of the Integrative Wellness Center at Northern Westchester Hospital, Rebecca is dedicated to supporting overall well-being and believes in the power of energy healing to complement traditional medical treatments.
