- **Event Description**: Please join us for a Community Women’s Circle: The quiet power of showing up, being witnessed, healing, and choosing paths of action together.
We will gather and sit in Circle to listen, to brainstorm and to organize. 
Those of you who are feeling hopeless, wondering how to be of service, this is for you. We will discuss ways in which we can support and assist our communities as we connect with the hearts and skills of each other. 
As you consider what it is you want to do in the social justice sector, consider beginning with what you don’t want to do. What will cause you secondary trauma or empathy fatigue? We must care for ourselves before caring for others and we will be sharing ways in which to do so. 
Our Circle will conclude with a Guided Meditation to integrate our ideas and to manifest the shift we wish to see. 
Peace and alignment must exist within each of us, before we can successfully share it with others. Let us help one another find Peace and Purpose.

Please remove your shoes as you enter the studio and bring a blanket, cushion or mat to sit on the floor. Chairs are available for those who prefer. 
Future Circles will be open to all who are interested.
