We are taking the club on the road and visiting Kinzua Bridge State Park. This is a great chance to see some local history and enjoy the changing of the seasons. 

We will be exploring the trail along the bottom of Kinzua Bridge for about two hours. When we're done participants are welcome to hang out, visit the museum or hit the food trucks with us!

Rucking is a form of exercise that involves walking with a loaded backpack over various distances and terrains. A moderate amount of weight carried can produce the same stimulus and metabolic benefits as running. Rucking is similar to hiking and is often used as conditioning by backcountry hunters and those in emergency services.

Date: September 21st.

Time: 10:00 AM.

Meeting Location: In front of the Visitor Center at Kinzua Bridge State Park.

Distance: 2.0mi.

Difficulty: Hard. (I would not recommend bringing weight for this event.)

Cost: Free.

Children and leashed pets are welcome.

Essentials to bring: Water, appropriate footwear, appropriate clothing for the weather, and a positive attitude.

No ruck? No problem! Walkers are always welcome to join us.
