Tai Chi and Yoga every Wednesday and I’ll be here to guide us through the practice and keep things flowing at a comfortable pace for everyone.

Beginning Wednesdays at 6 PM, join us  for a peaceful hour of mindful movement. We’ll start with Tai Chi (Eight Brocades) to gently wake up the body and move energy, followed by gentle yoga focused on stretching, flexibility, and relaxation. We’ll close our time together with a short guided meditation to help the body fully settle and integrate the practice.

This is a relaxed, beginner-friendly practice where we move at a comfortable pace and enjoy the benefits of movement together in a supportive community space.

No experience needed — just come as you are.

$5 per person 

Please bring water, your yoga mat, and a blanket if you’d like extra comfort for meditation. Feel free to bring any crystals you’d like to use during your practice. If you have your own blocks or straps for your practice those may come in handy 😊
