Under the Dark Moon, we gather in a guided ritual space to move what has been held within the body, the breath, and the silence into expression and release.

This is a transmutation-based painting ritual, where emotion is not analyzed or judged—it is moved, expressed, and transformed through creative embodiment.

We are not here to make “art.”
We are here to let energy take form, and then let it change.

What This Experience Includes:

Participants will work with  4x5 cotton drop cloth canvases in a grounded outdoor setting, using paint as a medium of emotional expression and release.

This guided ritual may include:
	•	Somatic grounding and breathwork
	•	Emotional activation and release prompts
	•	Expressive canvas painting (hands, brushes, movement—whatever feels natural)
	•	Optional sound release (voice, breath, tone)
	•	Silent integration time within the process
	•	Closing grounding circle


🌑 Theme: Transmutation

The Dark Moon represents endings, release, and the unseen.

In this space, we allow what has been suppressed, heavy, or unspoken to move through expression—so it no longer has to remain within the body in the same form.

What is expressed is not held in—it is transformed.

What to Bring:
	•	Clothing you don’t mind getting paint on
       •.   Change of clothes in case needed
	•	Water bottle
	•	An open willingness to engage in inner release work

All materials are provided.


⚠️ Important Notes:

This is an emotional release-based ritual experience. While it is supportive and grounded, it may bring up strong feelings.

Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and are always free to pause or step out if needed.

This is a structured, guided container designed for emotional safety and grounding throughout the process.
