Hood Meadows.About this EventJoin us for another Ski/Shred meetup this winter at Mt Hood Meadows!This is a meet-up style event. All participants are responsible for their safety and must adhere to all posted rules and etiquette of Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort. Prior skiing/snowboarding experince is required. This is not an instructional event and no lessons will be provided.You are welcome to bring a group, and we will help facilitate groups based on experience. Mt. Hood Meadows has terrain for all levels.We'll gather as a group to start the day at 8:30 at the Main Lodge.Participants must provide their own equipment and lift tickets. Tickets can be purchased online in advance here. Equipment rentals are available at the resort as well as a number of shops in Portland or on the way to the mountain.We will be out on the mountain rain, snow, or shine so please pack for the weather accordingly. The event will only be cancelled if the weather is severe or mountain conditions seem unsafe.Travel Information:You'll need an Oregon Sno-Park Permit to park at Mt. Hood Meadows. Plan for extra time to arrive as you may need to park in an overflow lot and take a shuttle to the main lodge. Prepare for winter driving conditions and bring chains for your vehicle. We encourage you to research road conditions ahead of time and carpool with someone who has a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
