SAVE THE DATE

Join Precious Paws Community Cats of Manheim on Saturday, October 10, for a special Bingo and Cat Barn Celebration at the Mt. Gretna Fire Co. Attendance is limited to 100 guests, so mark your calendar for an afternoon of delicious food, bingo, raffles, a 50/50 drawing, and a heartfelt celebration of the reopening of our TNR operations.

We have received several requests for more Bingo and another Fall fundraiser like our first one held in September of 2024. What a purr-fect way of making everyone happy by blending the two events.

With deep gratitude for our incredible community, we will be taking a well-deserved pause — or should we say paws — after kitten season and our summer TNR efforts to celebrate the lives saved and changed because of your support.

All proceeds will directly support PPCC’s TNR operations and medical care for community cats.

Guests will enjoy a delicious lunch provided by Food for Thought Catering, followed by 10 regular bingo games and 4 special games for a total of 14 games.

Regular games will feature $50 cash prizes or gift card equivalents. Special games will include larger cash prizes, gift cards, and themed baskets.

The final special game of the day will include a $200 cash prize plus a coffee basket valued at $100. =^..^=

Doors open at 11:30 AM, lunch will be served at noon, and the first bingo game begins at 1:00 PM. Beverages will be included with lunch, and baked goods will also be available for purchase during the event.

Tickets are $50 in advance and $60 at the door, if still available. Each ticket includes lunch provided by Food for Thought Catering and six bingo cards per game for all 10 regular games.

Additional sets of three cards for the regular games will be available for $10 each and will cover all 10 regular games.

All four special games will be played separately, with three cards included with ticket and also available for purchase on the day of the event. A $10 purchase includes a packet of four sheets, one sheet for each special game, with three cards per game. A discounted option of two special packets for $15 totaling six cards per game, will also be available.

Please bring your own dabbers. A limited number will be available for purchase if needed.

After bingo, guests are invited to continue the celebration with raffles, a 50/50 drawing, and lots of fun PPCC merchandise, including our HATS for CATS program. This portion of the event is expected to begin around 2:30 PM, depending on the length of the bingo games.

Guests will also enjoy a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a short video highlighting our journey. Included will be a toast to the continued success of PPCC and the community we are so grateful to serve.

Rumor has it our cats have been posing for photos and working on a 2027 calendar that will be available for purchase at this special event. As you know from previous PPCC events, the cats cannot keep a secret!!!

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue planning a memorable day for our supporters. Every day, your generosity helps give community cats the care, safety, and second chances they deserve.

Thank you for helping make this event a success. One hundred percent of funds raised will support our TNR operations. We are grateful to be up and running again and honored to continue helping save the lives of these precious cats.
