That’s why we’re coming together.

On Saturday 20 June, local businesses, sporting clubs, emergency services, health professionals and community members will stand side-by-side to raise awareness and vital funds for mental health support services including Lifeline and Headspace.

This isn’t really about push-ups. It’s about people.

The people we care about.
The people we work beside.
The people we play sport with.
The people we love.

Whether you can make a donation, do a few push-ups, bring your family, bring a friend, grab a sausage or simply stop by for 20 minutes to show your support, we’d love to have you there.
