Basic Chainsaw Course

This course is designed to cover the skills and knowledge required to safely operate a handheld chainsaw and maintain it in safe working condition.
Additional skills covered are applying chainsaw techniques and cutting methods to manufacturers’ specifications, learning to minimise environmental impacts, complete risk assessments and following low risk work procedures.
