You will learn about the Broken Color technique which uses similar colors to create a more interesting pastel painting and learn about hatching, feathering and scumbling techniques to shade. By the end of the workshop you will have a beautiful color rich pastel painting. You can expect thorough demonstrations with plenty of feedback as you become more assured in the use of these techniques. This class is for the first time user to everyone in-between including the more advanced student. Instructor: Nicora Gangi $55 MDCA members $85 MDCA non-members
