The Chef's Garden and Farmer Jones Farms is a family-owned and operated vegetable farm on 400 acres in Huron, Ohio that grows, packs and ships to restaurants and home consumers throughout the U.S. Bob will share the history of The Chef's Garden and how they responded to financial adversity and innovated with on-farm research of soil health, flavor, plant nutrition, quality, and overall resilient systems.
