In the lead up to The Tasmanian Long Lunch weekend, we’ll be celebrating the flavours of the sea with a special oyster activation.

A TASMANIAN LONG LUNCH
22 - 23 August | $99pp

Join us for a celebration of Tasmania’s finest coastal produce and cool-climate wines, as we host a long lunch inspired by the island’s wild landscapes, pristine waters and renowned vineyards.

Enjoy a share-style menu showcasing the very best of Tasmania and Australia’s coastline, paired with six wines from Devil's Corner. From freshly shucked oysters and Moreton Bay prawns to Atlantic salmon gravlax and barramundi, every course is designed to be shared, savoured and enjoyed alongside sweeping Brisbane views.
