Join Zen Jen as she guides you to TranZen limiting beliefs & Release what no longer serves! Discover your own rhythm! This mindful movement practice and meditative dance is for Every Body! (Chairs provided upon request)

Eat light, be light. Bring water, a mat and a friend. Dress in comfy layers. Be prepared to sweat & detoxify! Afterwards, enjoy a relaxing extended savasana with a crystal bowl sound bath to deeply restore and rejuvenate you!!
