A 90-minute workshop with Terence Ollivierra- Nada yogi, Certified Functional Patterns Human Foundations Practitioner and certified Structural Integration practitioner(Rolfer®️). 

Learn how internal pressurized breathing and coordinated muscular activation can create space in the core, decompress the lower back and SI joint, untwist scoliotic patterns, and restore balanced alignment through the spine. Through playful integrative movement and breath work, participants will build structural awareness, improve efficiency of movement and experience the body’s natural capacity to realign and decompress.

The session closes with a sound immersion designed to amplify internal coherence — guiding the nervous system toward stillness and helping the body integrate new patterns. Vibrations are layered and sustained to support deeper grounding, resonance, and recovery from within.
