Grab the leash, pick out your pup’s best costume, and join us for an afternoon of Halloween fun at the Macomb County Public Works parking lot! We have PLENTY of space to spread out, stroll around, and enjoy the day with your dog.

You can even take your pup for a walk along the Nicholson Nature Trail while you’re here!

We’ll have trunk-or-treating with goodies for BOTH 2-legged and 4-legged friends, pet costume contests & prizes, a pup cup station, a spooky photo spot, and RJ’s Dog House Food Truck!

What to expect:

Big dogs, little dogs, goofy dogs, senior dogs, dressed-up dogs, and “absolutely not wearing a costume” dogs — we want to see them all!

This event is completely FREE, but registration is required. Please register here: https://form.jotform.com/252585164198063

Trunk-or-Treating – Treats for both 2-legged and 4-legged friends!

Nicholson Nature Center Pet-Friendly Trail – Enjoy a fall stroll just steps away from the fun.

Important Notes:

All dogs must remain under control on a non-retractable leash.
For the safety and comfort of all attendees, this event is dog-friendly only.

Please make sure you’re able to safely and comfortably maintain control of your dog(s) throughout the event. If you’re bringing multiple dogs, consider bringing an extra handler to help.

We can’t wait to see the dogs of Macomb County take over HOWL-O-WEEN! 🐕👻
