KIRTAN lead by the Harmonium.

A form of meditation or prayer, whereby we sing sacred mantras as a group to a simple repetitive melody, in a call-and-response format.


The repetition of the mantra and melody allows you to sink deep into the sound and the energy... allows you to connect with yourself and Source... and allows you to open your heart and your spirit to the sacred words and vibrational resonance of your voice.


At Kirtan lead by the Harmonium, we will start with a check-in, then do 2 or 3 songs, and end with a breathing meditation to let it all sink in. No experience required, and all welcome!
