I am so delighted to share this one…. It’s going to be a grounding, connection-to-earth and connection-to-self weekend, on a homestead in historical town of Strathalbyn.
These weekends away; immersed in healing practices, with opportunities to rest and recharge and to create magic and memories and incredible sisterhood, can’t be explained .. only experienced.
Our intention is to create a space for you to step out of your full life to fill up your cup, remember who you are, have some R&R and fun! Because, as adults… and women, we often do all the looking after and organizing and we actually need to step out and recharge and reclaim our connection to earth and the elements (and ourselves!)
We have been so blessed to lock in the experience of creating your VERY own ceremonial drum! This is a sacred practice that “…connects us to ancient rhythms, personal transformations and is the very heartbeat of the earth. These instruments are used in ritual, in healing and in many spiritual practices for thousands of years…” The inner weaving of creating your own drum will invoke and be your medicine and each drum has a unique sound and aligns with your energy as you create and birth your very own healing drum.
There will be daily movement practices, circles, nurturing breath work, massages, nourishing whole food and all the usual things you would expect for a weekend experience, with time to relax and integrate.
We start on a Friday eve and go right through to Monday morning. The retreat officially finishes at 4pm on Sunday, but you are welcome and invited to stay the extra night to integrate your learnings and have a bit of extra time to relax.
This venue is a dorm like room set up with 1-6 people in a room; we would like to stick to two in a room only and there are one or two options to have a room on your own if you’d prefer. Shared bathrooms, think of high school camps and you’re on to the vibe. You also have the option of swagging it under the stars, if you’d prefer to do that too!
This is for the woman who has been told to ‘relax’ while you are juggling a full time career and a full life, for the woman who gives a lot to all and needs a time out to reset, the woman to wants to reconnect to her inner medicine woman magic, who in curious and interested in adding ritual to her life. For the woman who wants to step out of her mundane and into her power… this 3 day immersion is for you.
