I was lucky enough to be at Ross River near Alice Springs last year for a 5 Rhythms Dance Immersion and the seed for ‘Coccon’ came to me as I was sitting in the dry riverbed. I was fascinated by how all the leaves, twigs and debris gathered in deeper holes in the riverbed. It made me feel safe; like all the parts of me are able to stop, be and just be held by the land, by something greater. And in this magical moment, I asked, “How often do we have the ability to just stop, rest and be held and to have the time and space to examine all the parts of our lived experience.”
That is a gift.
That is what I am giving to you.
The time and space to immerse and be held.
We will be gathering on the June longweekend at the Glen Barr Estate in Strathalbyn.

Our Circle opens on the Friday night (5th June) and we close on Monday afternoon (8th June).

This space is yours and it will be filled with somatic movement, meditation, creative arts therapy, breath work, body work, ritual and ceremony, plus the space for integration and deepening.

With all the growth and healing I know you have been doing, this is the opportunity to gather all of the pieces and hold them.  It is a time to absorb and let yourself rest in every delicious part of you and your life.

Cocoon is not about transformation.
To me, you already are the butterfly that is flying free, in her full glory!
Cocoon is about having the space to be held and to burrow into yourself in the sacred space of one of my retreats.
This stillness is necessary. The gathering with other women, is necessary. To love and  hold yourself, is necessary.
Cocoon is where insights become instincts. Where wisdom becomes who you are, not just something you are working on.

This is all done in the sanctity and safety of our Sister Circle - the portal of our very BEing.
