By popular request, we’ve extended the retreat by an extra day this year, giving us more space to slow down, connect, and truly be nourished.

Rise Up is a sacred invitation for women to gather in sisterhood—to rest, reflect, and reconnect with the strength that already lives within us. Our time together will include gentle movement, meditation, kirtan, a deeply relaxing sound bath, sacred sangha circles, creative play, and shared reflection, all held in a supportive and spiritually grounded environment.

This retreat is about women empowering women—softening self-doubt, opening the heart, and remembering who we truly are in the presence of community and sacred land.
